Job descriptionProficiency in CNC programming and understanding manufacturing automation. Experience with CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools; primarily Solidworks, Mastercam, and AutoCad / Draftsight. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, with a collaborative approach to solving problems. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards. Knowledge of testing procedures, quality control methodologies, and relevant certification processes. Understanding of manufacturing safety protocols. Ability to create G-code programming for CNC machines Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes and systems. Analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Conduct time and motion studies to identify opportunities for process improvements. Collaborate with product design teams to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness of new products. Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures. Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues, providing technical support to production teams. Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives Evaluate and recommend new manufacturing technologies and equipment. Conduct training sessions for production staff on new processes and equipment. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all manufacturing activities. Minimum of Associates Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Experience in a manufacturing environment (3+ years), lean manufacturing principles and quality improvement methodologies. Experience with CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools; Solidworks, Mastercam, and AutoCad / Draftsight. 8-hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday In person – Charlestown, NH In person – Tampa, FL

Manufacturing Engineer
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for continuous improvement and support of the production of current and future product lines. Focus is on improving manufacturing processes, enhancing product quality, and increasing efficiencies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions.
Key responsibilities include :
- Process Development & Optimization – Design, implement, and refine manufacturing processes and tooling to enhance production operations.
- Standardization – Develop flexible work instructions to standardize fabrication and assembly procedures, especially for semi-custom product lines.
- Testing & Quality Assurance – Design and implement testing equipment and procedures to ensure design validation, maintain quality control, and meet product certification requirements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration – Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to support new product development and introduce new innovative solutions.
- CNC Programming – Develop and implement G-code programming for CNC machines to optimize machining processes.
- Safety Compliance - Maintain and promote safe working environment in accordance with best practices and safety regulations.
