, is seeking a highly-motivated Associate Attorney to join their team in Detroit . This role provides an exciting opportunity to handle a range of sophisticated civil litigation matters, working on cutting-edge legal issues for interesting clients across multiple industries.

Candidate Profile :

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record .

Active Bar Admission in Michigan AND Illinois .

2+ years of substantive experience in labor and employment litigation.

Strong litigation and case management skills , with the ability to handle complex legal matters independently.

Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.

Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Desire to be part of a busy national practice, demonstrating initiative and the ability to assume responsibility for matters.

Key Responsibilities :

Represent clients in complex labor and employment litigation matters.

Manage cases from inception through resolution , including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing for trial.

Provide strategic counsel to clients on labor and employment disputes and compliance matters .

Work closely with clients to develop innovative legal strategies and solutions.

Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys to deliver high-quality legal services.
