Job description

Role : Solution Architect

Location : Bellevue, WA.

JD :

As a Solution Architect you will be designing and oversees the creation of technical solutions to meet business needs, act as a Laison between business stakeholders and technical teams like developers, security engineers, cloud Architect, Automation engineers. Their responsibilities include analyzing requirements, designing architectures, selecting technologies, guiding implementation, ensuring scalability and performance, and managing project risks and costs. They also monitor solutions, identify improvements, and stay updated on emerging technologies to advise on best practices and achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirement Analysis :

Understand and translate complex business needs into detailed technical specifications and requirements.

  • Architecture Design :

    • Develop end-to-end system architectures across various platforms, ensuring integration, scalability, performance, and security.

  • Technology Selection :

    • Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and services to meet project goals and business objectives.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration :

    • Work closely with business leaders, project managers, developers, and other teams to align technical solutions with strategic visions and operational needs.

  • Solution Implementation :

    • Guide and monitor the implementation process, providing technical expertise and troubleshooting support to development teams.

  • Risk Management :

    • Assess potential risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Documentation :

    • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture frameworks, technical designs, and implementation guidelines.

  • Proof of Concept (POC) Development :

    • Conduct POCs and pilot projects to test technologies and validate potential solutions before full-scale development.

  • Continuous Improvement :

    • Monitor deployed solutions, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose enhancements for scalability and efficiency.

  • Knowledge Sharing :

    • Present findings, recommendations, and technical insights to stakeholders and advise on emerging technologies.

    Skills Required

  • Multi cloud Knowledge AWS, Azure and GCP.
  • Deep understanding on Cloud Firewall Policy and Rules, design & Implementation.
  • Automation & CICD Tools knowledge Terraform, GitLab,
  • SDLC process , Application development & Integration Knowledge coupled with UI / UX knowledge.
  • Past experience with Cloud based Product Development will be added plus.
  • Technical Expertise :

    • A deep understanding of various technical aspects of IT systems and platforms, including cloud computing, networking, and software development.

  • Business Acumen :

    • The ability to understand business goals, constraints, and strategic objectives to design solutions that provide business value.

  • Communication Skills :

    • Strong communication abilities to effectively explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with diverse teams.

  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills :

    • The capacity to analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and think holistically about system design.

  • Strategic Thinking :

    • The ability to develop long-term plans and make strategic decisions that impact the organization's technical direction and project success.

    15+ years of experience and experience in leading Technical Solution / Product Development team consisting teams of Apps and Infra is added plus
