Estimated hourly base pay : $22.79 (minimum) - $28.51 (midpoint) - $34.23(maximum)

Woodward is hiring for a QA Tech 2 at our Rock Cut Campus on 1st shift. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that products, processes, and services meet the required quality standards set by the organization and our customers.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct Quality Inspections : Performs detailed inspections of products and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

Analyze Data : Utilizes analytical scientific methods to collect, interpret, and report data related to product quality and process performance.

Maintain Documentation : Accurately documents inspection results, test procedures, and quality reports following standard operating procedures.

Troubleshoot Issues : Identifies and resolves quality related issues by applying established analytical methods and selecting appropriate solutions.

Collaborate with Team Members : Communicates technical information effectively within the team to support quality objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Skills :

Analytical Skills : Proficient in conducting detailed analytical evaluations using scientific methods.

Technical Proficiency : Skilled in utilizing and maintaining analytical instrumentation and equipment.

Quality Assurance : Ensures compliance with quality standards and procedures within team operations.
