Executive Assistant
We are seeking a new Executive Assistant to join our team at Ardmore Roderick. As an Executive Assistant you join a team of infrastructure solutions experts working to solve our client's ever evolving project needs. This opportunity will be located in our Chicago, IL office.
Key Responsibilities
- Own, maintain and manage assigned executive's calendar, seamlessly scheduling meetings, appointments, travel plans
- Be able to review their calendar for upcoming projects or meetings that might need time budgeted to prepare, plan or research prior to the calendar event
- Be the guide and protector that ensures the executive's schedule is followedwhile managing needed adjustments based on priorityso that maximum efficiency is achieved in their daily activities
- Have ability and skillset to guide and influence with class and professionalism all that the executive needs to interact with on a daily, monthly and annual basis
- Ability to draft executive communications on their behalf
- Handle expense reports and administrative tasks with precision and timeliness so the executive can focus on leading the overall business
- Coordinate meetings and events, including preparing materials, slide decks and arranging all logistics for all involved
- Serve as a professional point of contact, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding interactions
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality while managing sensitive information
- Support a variety of ad hoc projects and jump in wherever needed to ensure the executive's operations run effortlessly
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business management or related field of study or commensurate experienceMinimum of 10 years of experience in various administrative roles in an office environmentMinimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant for a vice president or above level individualExpert level in all aspects of Microsoft OfficeAbility to guide and influence all levels of internal and external personnel that this leader needs to interact with on a regular basisHave a team player mindset with the ability to communicate proficiently in written and verbal formsHave exceptional organizational skillsPreferred Qualifications

Salary Range : $95,680-126,880, Ardmore Roderick is providing the compensation range that the company believes it might pay and / or offer for this position, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
