Job Description
We are a high-end interior design and architecture firm based in Greenwich, CT, seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant with a strong background in sales strategy to support our management team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage daily administrative tasks and maintain office organization
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and communications on behalf of the executive team
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and client materials
- Track sales performance and support the development of sales strategies
- Maintain and update CRM systems and sales reports
- Support marketing initiatives and client outreach
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and partners professionally and efficiently
Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant roleProven experience in sales support or strategic sales coordinationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM toolsDetail-oriented, autonomous, and resourcefulExperience in the interior design or luxury goods industry is a plusTo Apply :
