Location : OVERLAND PARK, KS (MOSTLY REMOTE)
Salary : $80-110K BASE PLUS EXCEPTIONAL BENEFITS

As the HRIS Analyst you will be at the forefront, refining HR systems and programs, ensuring seamless functionality, and transforming the employee journey.

- Proficiency in diverse HR systems.

- An eagle's eye for detail and deep passion for process enhancement.
- A Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of experience, or equivalent experience
- Expertise in HR platforms like Oracle, Brass Ring, Market Pay, Qualtrics, others.
- Excellent Excel skills and a valid driver’s license.

- Bachelor Degree and 5+ years of HR systems experience or equivalent
- Experience in HR platforms like Oracle, Brass Ring, Market Pay, Qualtrics, others
- Data analysis and report writing experience
- Must have excellent MS Excel skills
- Great communication, collaboration and presentation skills
