Associate Attorney - Construction Defect Litigation

Overview

Segal McCambridge, a national litigation firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney for its construction defect practice group in our West Los Angeles office. The position involves hands-on work with significant responsibilities in high-profile matters. This is a hybrid position with a flexible mixture of remote or in-office attendance. You will work within a seasoned team and have the opportunity to handle the full lifecycle of a matter while receiving training and mentorship from partners with deep experience in these practice areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage casework with supervision from a partner, including drafting briefs and discovery materials.
• Take depositions, appear in court, and play key roles at trials.
• Handle the full lifecycle of matters, from inception to resolution, and coordinate with a collaborative team.
• Strategize and contribute to case management, motion practice, and discovery for construction defect defense matters.
