Job description

Interventional Radiology Locums Physician, California - 1-2 Weeks Per Month

Interventional Radiology locums opportunity in Southern California near Riverside; call and daytime blocks available.

Highlights

Long-term assignment through 2026
1-2 weeks / month; pick consistent dates
Full travel and lodging covered
No supervision; fully independent IR role

Practice Setting

Mix of inpatient trauma and outpatient procedures

Level 1 trauma center with Sectra PACS and EPIC EMR

Adult-focused population with strong tech and RN support

Schedule

7 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM shifts

Prefer weeklong blocks; call and non-call weeks both accepted

Monthly recurring coverage highly preferred

Cases and Procedures

Core IR : embolizations, nephrostomies, biopsies, drainages, dialysis catheters

Occasional PE thrombectomies

8-12 procedures per day, 1-2 are typically complex

Requirements

Board Certified or Eligible in IR (or DR with VIR fellowship)

Active California medical license and fluoro certification required

Must submit recent 12-month case logs

Travel Accommodations
