Responsibilities

• Develop market / product line business plans and strategic programs to support sales in designated market segments.
• Identify volume and strategic customers and cultivate partnerships.
• Analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create strategic direction and compelling market analysis presentations.
• Enable sales by identifying and developing business opportunities.
• Provide information and support to the sales force.
• Interface with customers through company marketing channels.
• Perform pre-sales duties including :
• Providing pricing information and RFP / RFI support.
• Communicating schedule changes, product enhancements, new products and features to key customers, distributors, OEMs, and resellers.
• Perform post-sales duties including :
• Researching status of customer orders.
• Providing information on potential product issues.
• Resolving shipping, scheduling, and prioritization problems.
• Conduct short-term sales forecasting for designated product lines.
