Role Description : Account Executive - Greater Houston Area
This is a full-time, on-site role strategically positioned in the Greater Houston area. As an Account Executive, you will :
- Manage and grow existing client accounts in roofing and waterproofing solutions.
- Identify and engage prospective clients seeking premium-grade waterproofing services.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in both roofing and waterproofing sectors.
- Present customized proposals encompassing roofing and waterproofing solutions, and negotiate contracts accordingly.
- Maintain accurate sales records and exceed sales targets for both roofing and waterproofing projects.
- Forecast future sales metrics for business growth in the roofing and waterproofing segments.

- Proven Sales and Business Development capabilities within the roofing and waterproofing industry.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for both roofing and waterproofing solutions.
- Ability to forge and sustain client relationships in roofing and waterproofing sectors.
- Team-oriented mindset and aptitude for cross-functional collaboration between roofing and waterproofing teams.
- Robust organizational and time-management skills in handling roofing and waterproofing projects.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a similar role within the roofing and waterproofing industry is highly preferred.
Compensation
Competitive base salary with a lucrative commission structure, providing potential earnings ranging from $100k-$400k annually.
