systems, applications, expertise, and service and repair. Brehob Corporation is seeking a Management Trainee for our Indianapolis, Indiana location to assist in operations support and

management of employees within our service department. This is a developmental position with our

new Supervisor Training Program. This program will begin within the first 6 months to 1 year from hire date.

Responsibilities :

• New Supervisor Training Program is a 6 month program.
• Successful completion of the New Supervisor Training Program is required.
• Assist in gathering quotes from vendors via phone, email, and websites.
• Updating appropriate quote log(s)
• Provide support to the outside service team
• Ability to work with customers, other employees, in all situations while keeping a professional demeanor
• Must be proficient in organization, multitasking, communication, and time management
• Source and work on parts for open service calls
• Create open order reports and track them
• Create the fleet maintenance schedule and tracking system
• Facilitate PM and inspection program
• Maintain safety program records
• Facilitate sales and operations meetings

Requirements :

• Employee must be able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point.
• College degree in business, marketing, technology, engineering, operations, or organization leadership preferred
• 1-2 years experience in similar role preferred
