Responsibilities
Position Summary :
- Ability to perform electrical troubleshooting and read electrical prints
- Provide technical content for documents such as machine set-up manuals, operation instructions, and help files
- Work closely with Assembler and Project Engineer during machine build
- Primarily responsible for commissioning and debug of machines
- Support production by troubleshooting and programming existing and new plant automation equipment
- Maintain accurate and consistent schedules for projects and tasks for multiple plant projects
- Program and design new and existing PLC controls
- Working with production and process to optimize line flow, cycle time issues and quality concerns through changes in programming or troubleshooting of controls
- Work to help develop new technology for the plant to utilize in efforts to improve cycle times and quality detection / prevention systems
- Ability to wire industrial control systems including 480V / 120V / 24V power, drives, motors, I / O and sensors
- Ability to connect to PLC and navigate programming software
- Hands-on approach to problem solving and analysis

3 5 Years of experience programming and troubleshooting PLCs and RobotsCertification a plusRegular and predictable attendance requiredHigh level of understanding of Fanuc Robots and ABB robot operationsDemonstrated understanding of Ethernet cabling and addressing, Device Net, RIO, and wireless PC networkingDemonstrated knowledge of ladder logic programming, PLC 5, SLC500, ControlLogix, MicroLogix, RIO, Ethernet I / P, DeviceNetDemonstrated understanding of AC and DC motors and servo systemsLocation : US-IN-GOSHEN
