Position Summary

The Electrician is responsible for the installation, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems within luxury motorhomes and specialty vehicles manufactured by Midwest Automotive Design REV Group. This position ensures all wiring and components meet internal quality standards, engineering specifications, and safety regulations to deliver a premium RV product to our customers.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Install and route wiring harnesses, switches, lighting, and electrical components in accordance with engineering blueprints and schematics.
• Read, interpret, and work from wiring diagrams, electrical layouts, and build prints.
• Test, diagnose, and repair 12V and 120V electrical systems, including inverters, converters, battery systems, and control panels.
• Use standard hand and power tools, multimeters, and specialized testing equipment safely and effectively.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with company quality standards, REV Group safety policies, and applicable electrical codes.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve electrical issues or design changes during the build process.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Assist in continuous improvement activities related to process flow, product quality, and efficiency.
• Uphold company values Safety, Integrity, Teamwork, and Customer Focus in all work performed.

Work Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, from 5 : 00am to 1 : 30pm; overtime and occasional Saturdays as required by production demand.
