A company is looking for a Remote Medical Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Handle high volume inbound and outbound calls as needed
Provide accurate information to patients and healthcare providers regarding applications
Follow call scripts and ensure appropriate customer service and follow-up for callers
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of recent customer service experience in a call center
Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
Ability to multitask and use dual monitors
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must reside in the state of Georgia
