Position Summary
We are seeking an Account Manager / Bookkeeper to join our team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for our business clients, ensuring exceptional service and financial accuracy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Review financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet) prepared by our bookkeeping team
- Identify and correct bookkeeping discrepancies, providing feedback to our bookkeeping team
- Generate ad hoc financial reports as requested by clients and management
- Enter invoices, bills, checks, and deposits into QuickBooks, as needed
- Process payroll accurately and on time
- Calculate and file sales tax returns
- Assist with occasional bookkeeping projects as needed
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Typing speed of 55+ WPMBilingual (English / Spanish) preferredHighly detail-oriented and organizedStrong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable, professional, and committed to high-quality workA sense of humor is a plus!Education & Experience
Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience
