We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician for our second shift (M-F 2 : 00 pm to 10 : 00 pm) . Work Hours : Monday through Friday from 2 : 00 pm to 10 : 00 pm. You are guaranteed to be paid 40 hours per week, though some weeks you may only have to work 20-30 hours, depending on client needs.

Perform maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial HVAC systems.Deliver a high-quality customer experience in line with company standards.Provide technical feedback to the Service Manager regarding training needs, inventory, and pricing.Participate in utility programs and retrofit installations as needed.Qualifications :
Positive attitude and commitment to professionalism.3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred.HVAC education or a strong mechanical background is preferred.Valid driver's license with a clean and insurable record.Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams.Experienced with a variety of HVAC equipment and troubleshooting techniques.Strong decision-making skills for repairs and replacements.Advanced customer service skills.Knowledge of sheet metal practices and air balancing techniques.NATE certification is a plus.Join a company that appreciates your hard work and provides the support you need to succeed.
