This position involves a mix of communication, organization, and leadership development. Your daily responsibilities will include :
- Handling inbound and outbound calls with members who request information about their benefits
- Scheduling and conducting virtual or phone-based appointments
- Presenting benefit programs in a clear and professional manner
- Using basic computer skills to complete forms and maintain accurate records
- Ensuring paperwork and quality control requirements are met
- Participating in leadership training to support long-term career growth
