Specializing in the representation of a diverse clientele in the acquisition, sale and development of commercial real property, as well as, complex commercial and land use litigation matters in both State and Federal Court.

Main Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage litigation matters related to real estate and corporate disputes, including commercial lease issues, construction claims, zoning disputes, shareholder / partnership disputes, and breach of contract matters.
• Provide legal counsel to clients on real estate transactions, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance issues.
• Supervise junior attorneys and litigation teams through all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal.
• Develop and expand client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to drive practice group strategy and mentor associates.
• Ensure high standards of client service, ethical practice, and professional development.
