• Create wireframes, workflows, personas, and scenarios to enhance user experience and improve efficiency metrics.
• Ensure designs meet brand standards and accessibility guidelines.
• Communicate and present complex information to multiple levels of the organization.
• Collaborate with peer developers to translate requirements and functional designs into technical designs.
• Develop automated test plans and scripts to meet customer needs.
• Proactively seek solutions, escalate issues appropriately, and follow through in a timely and professional manner.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, taking full ownership of assigned tasks from initiation to resolution.
• Work outside of regular business hours as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range : $60 - $65 per hour. The specific compensation for this position will be determined by factors such as scope, complexity, location, labor market, and candidate qualifications.
