We are currently representing an established Mechanical Contractor seeking Project Engineers at all levels to join their growing team. Responsibilities
Supervise and direct project development throughout its lifecycle
Work on commercial and industrial projects, including tenant improvements (TI), ground-up builds, and design-build assignments
Establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals
Coordinate team members, resources, and stakeholders to meet targets
Prepare and present project budgets, including adjustments as needed
Manage project expectations and maintain communication with team and management
Assign and oversee tasks to ensure timely and quality execution
Identify project risks, resolve deficiencies, and ensure key milestones are met
Create and maintain project timelines and schedules
Use project management and estimating tools efficiently (Microsoft Suite, etc.)
Generate progress reports, proposals, and supporting documentation
Proactively address scope changes, potential issues, and develop contingency plans
Perform other duties as needed or assigned
Requirements
Strong knowledge of HVAC industry standards and regulations
Hands-on experience in HVAC equipment installation and maintenance
Effective team management and leadership abilities
Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and manage deadlines
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the HVAC / Mechanical industry
