Freelance Zendesk Consultant

A company is looking for a Freelance Zendesk Consultant - AI Trainer.

Key Responsibilities

Review pre-generated intents and transform them into a logical sequence of agent steps

Define test cases including dialogue flow and agent responses

Create a Golden Path for optimal tool invocation by the agent

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration or relevant area

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Zendesk admin / configuration

Experience in setting up ticket forms, triggers, macros, and automation

Advanced level of English (C1) or above

Ability to learn new methods and manage complex guidelines
