Qualifications

  • Bachelor\'s or Master\'s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Successful completion of EIT exam, or ability to take EIT exam within 12 months
  • Demonstrated interest in your chosen field through internships, volunteering, or memberships
  • Creative thinking with a methodical, pragmatic problem-solving approach
  • Proficient communication and presentation skills to engage with clients and colleagues
  • Resilient, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on growth and delivering value
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborative spirit and commitment to teamwork

    This position is located in New York City, NY. You must be able to reliably commute to our office per our hybrid working policy.

    Benefits and compensation

    We offer a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), medical, dental, and vision insurance, short-term / long-term disability, paid holidays, PTO, parental leave, and company-paid life insurance. The expected salary for this position is $77,782 - $86,425. Individual pay is determined by location, education, experience, and skills.
