• Manage maintenance and repair schedules for buildings and related equipment with outside vendors
• Coordinate and oversee facility repairs and renovations
• Manage relative contractors or service personnel
• Manage space layouts and allocations for current and future equipment
• Maintain accurate records of facility operations and maintenance activities
• Coordinate contractors needed for various equipment used in the manufacturing environments
• Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues related to the facility
• Negotiate contracts and timelines with service providers
