Required Qualifications :

SCOPE - General Dentist - 1099 position FT / $76.00 per hr.

510 Butler Ave Martinsburg WV 25405Martinsburg VA Medical Center.

Contractor will perform the following, but not limited to :

• Provides evaluation, diagnosis, prevention and treatment of diseases, disorders and conditions of the soft and hard tissues of the oral cavity for patients assigned by the Chief, Dental Service.
• Provides consultative services for patients referred from other sections of the Hospital and from affiliated outpatient clinics.
• Provides emergency dental services as assigned.
• Performs administrative and other tasks as assigned by the Chief, Dental Service
• Provides teaching to dental residents and dental students
• All other request made within reason of a General Dentist abilities

Period of Performance : The period of performance for this requirement is one (1) year plus one (1) option period. These services are required for 8 hours per day, 8 : 00 AM., to 4 : 30 PM., Monday through Friday and may include weekends.
