Commercial Analytics Manager

The Commercial Analytics Manager will play a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) business unit. This individual will lead efforts in market and competitive analytics to support strategic growth and commercial excellence. By delivering actionable insights and building scalable analytical frameworks, the manager will help optimize investments, improve regional guidance, and help the business respond effectively to shifting market dynamics. This role is central to advancing BD's commitment to continuous improvement and building a world-class commercial organization.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Collaboration & Reporting Standards

• Collaborate with Strategy and BD Excellence teams to drive standard processes in commercial reporting and analytics, establish standardized analytics frameworks, and ensure consistent, high-quality insights across the organization
• Define and track leading and lagging indicators to measure performance and guide proactive decision-making

Education and / or Experience Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a closely related field

Preferred : MBA

5+ years experience in marketing, finance, or general management in the medical device and / or life science industry

Strong analytical and modeling capabilities

Experience with pricing strategy and lifecycle management

Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights

Familiarity with global healthcare markets and commercial dynamics

Collaborative approach with ability to work cross-functionally across platforms and regions

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and regulatory
