Job Description :
We are seeking a UX Content Designer to join the UX Product Design Team focused on modernizing and optimizing our Small Commercial agent quoting experiences.
This role will provide dedicated content design support to create best-in-class digital tools, with a focus on improving agent efficiency, satisfaction, and reducing costs.
You will collaborate across a strong UX organization of 60+ professionals, working closely with designers, researchers, engineers, and product owners.
This position is remote, available across any U.S. time zone, with an initial 1-year contract (possible extension or future conversion).
Roles & Responsibilities :
Partner with product owners, designers, engineers, and stakeholders in an agile environment.
Identify content opportunities to improve user experience through information architecture and effective use of language.
Write concise, effective content that adheres to tone, voice, and style guidelines.
Gather, analyze, and implement user feedback to optimize digital experiences.
Coordinate across multiple projects and workstreams within a complex product ecosystem.
Advocate for end-to-end UX best practices and champion content design systems.
Collaborate with research teams to ensure content decisions are user-centric and data-driven.
Must Have :
Portfolio demonstrating creativity, problem solving, and impact on user experiences (required for consideration).
Proficiency in Figma, Microsoft Word, and strong documentation / writing skills.
Minimum 3 years of relevant content design experience.
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong experience in external-facing digital applications with proven delivery on large-scale projects.
Experience working in agile / scrum environments, supporting multiple team deliverables.
Strong analytical thinking and ability to synthesize complex information.
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-demand environments with strong boundaries and resilience.
Nice to Have :
Familiarity with Lucid and Jira.
Experience working in larger organizations.
Deep background in content audits, competitive assessments, persona development, and design thinking methods.
