Responsibilities
- Client Engagement : Build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Sales Support : Identify cross-selling opportunities and upselling additional insurance products.
- Policy Review : Conduct regular policy reviews to ensure clients have the most up-to-date coverage.
- Relationship Management : Foster long-term relationships with clients to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
Requirements
Property & Casualty Licensing : License preferred, willing to train. Licensing assistance available.Life & Health Licensing : License preferred, willing to train. Licensing assistance available.Bilingual : English required, bilingual in Armenian preferred.Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is preferred.Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients.Customer-Focused : A genuine desire to provide exceptional service and exceed client expectations.Reliably Commute : Glendale, CA or planning to relocate before starting work
