The Power Management Design Engineer will be responsible for designing building blocks for integrated power delivery solutions powering data center SoCs. This role involves designing analog / mixed signal circuits to meet reliability and performance targets. Key responsibilities include performing transistor-level design and performance analysis, providing improvements based on analysis results, and conducting thorough quality design verification and documentation. The engineer will also provide guidance for layout engineers to achieve optimal circuit performance.

Location : San Jose, CA (or Austin, TX)

Requirement

• MS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in designing analog / mixed signal integrated circuits.
• Strong knowledge in transistor operation and device dynamics, basic analog function blocks, complex AC / DC analysis, feedback loop theory, and low-power design techniques.
• Proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, AMS, custom design sign-off tools

Salary range : $145,000 - $210,000 annually

Employee may be eligible for performance bonus, short and long term incentive programs. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
