Job descriptionMedical, Dental & Vision Insurance Short-Term Disability & Life Insurance Paid Time Off / Sick Leave Holiday Pay Employee Assistance Program Referral Bonus Program ($100 for each referral who works 100 hours) 10 Days of Sick Time per year 15 Days of Vacation Time for the first three years of service Paid Holidays as per company policy 401(k) Matching Disability, Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Hybrid work model eligibility after onboarding Develop proficiency in agency management system (Epic) Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours Learn and support receptionist phone duties Navigate carrier websites for endorsements, claims, and account management Assist with cross-selling opportunities Manage and process policy renewals Support clients and producers during account audits Handle Certificates of Insurance (COI) requests Provide support to branch office staff Assist with bond-related processes Collaborate on remarketing requests Cover for other Account Managers during absences Stay current with continuing education and licensing Submit and assist with claims handling Maintain accurate and organized account files Ensure accuracy of documentation for new business, renewals, endorsements, and audits Foster positive relationships with insureds and carrier representatives Attend in-person onboarding for 2-3 weeks; hybrid eligibility discussed after one month Enthusiastic and positive attitude Exceptional customer service and client satisfaction focus Strong verbal and written communication skills Highly organized and detail-oriented No drug screen or background check required
