Account Manager - Mechanical Servicing Company - Base Salary to 115K / year + Commission - Minneapolis, Minnesota

Our client, is a mechanical servicing company that has been around for over 80 years. They have an immediate opening for an Account Manager, to handle territory within 50 miles of Minneapolis, Minnesota. They are a tight-knit group and are looking for someone that aligns well with their company culture where everyone feels supported and valued.

Responsibilities :

They are looking to add an account manager to the team that will managing and growing existing accounts in the Minneapolis area to help grow their business. In this position, the Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing maintenance accounts. They have top of the line technicians to support the team and are looking for a professional who will put the customer first.

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 2+ years of proven HVAC account management. The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role. They should possess strong CRM experience and exceptional customer service skills.

Compensation & Benefits :
