Job descriptionImplement and manage safety programs and training across the region. Handle technical compliance related to OSHA, fire safety, ergonomics, and Maintain warehouse safety policies and procedures aligned across the region. Conduct incident investigations and root-cause analysis , continue following Perform OSHA compliance audits and safety inspections Deliver safety training programs (e.g., forklift, PPE, fire drills). Maintain and analyze safety performance metrics (incident rate, lost time, near Interface with external inspectors and insurance departments along with Regular knowledge of federal and state safety regulations (ability to stay Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
