BIG BOX REMOVAL ASSOCIATE

JOB TYPE AND CLASSIFICATION : Full Time Hourly Non-Exempt

JOB OVERVIEW :

MAC.BID buys truckloads of customer returns and overstock products then sells these items individually to the public through online auctions. The Big Box Removal Team assists customers with finding their items. The entire removal team provides every winning bidder with exemplary service. The Big Box Team deals with larger items. This position reports to the Big Box Removal Team Lead.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Know how auction items are categorized
• Assist customers in finding their items
• Make customers glad they have won an item, to encourage them to continue bidding
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
