Key Responsibilities

Ensure effective training and development for Underwriting Assistants

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience leading underwriting operations

2+ years of senior level management experience

Bachelor's Degree and / or combination of experience and education

Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies

Experience with systems migration or platform implementation is a plus
