Neuro Stepdown Position
This position reports to the Department Director / designee. Under general supervision, performs complex customer service functions, day to day document verification and revision, automated and manual / electronic data entry, assistance with performance improvement activities, assist in all nursing department operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responds and researches complex inquiries from customers that the department serves and clarifies or solves issues based on policies and procedures.
- Composes complex correspondence and creates documentation / records.
- Maintains a record of interactions and updates department leaders on client issues or trends that require improvements and suggests improvements.
- Develops and updates department communication or records while maintaining confidentiality.
- Provides administrative support by accurately transcribing information or notes and performing data entry.
- Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
