In Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions, we provide next-generation threat detection and countermeasure solutions to provide unparalleled electronic warfare capabilities to enhance mission survivability.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large-scale international program and be accountable for total program execution through all lifecycle phases from requirements through sustainment
• Provide holistic leadership to multiple integrated contracts while promoting a positive culture emphasizing teamwork, inclusiveness, and a fundamental respect for each person's / organizations' contributions
• Make complex and strategic decisions as the Prime contractor in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate effectively with senior USG customers, industry partner co-prime, and foreign general officer-level representatives to resolve customer issues of a complex nature
• Deliver clear and concise executive level presentations and messages to enable the leadership team and stakeholders to quickly assess the health and needs of the project
• Integrate multiple large contracts across the product lifecycle to ensure the achievement of stringent project objectives, budgets, and schedules by analyzing performance measures and taking relevant corrective action, as necessary

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range : $150370 - $255630

Please note : This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
