Behavior-Mental Health Paraprofessional (Elementary School)

Do you have a passion for supporting children's mental health and helping them succeed in school? Join our team as a Behavior-Mental Health Paraprofessional and make a meaningful difference in the lives of elementary students every day.

What You'll Do :

Work 1 : 1 with elementary students who need behavioral or emotional support.

Help students build coping skills and navigate daily challenges.

Support classroom routines and lead therapeutic activities like calming strategies or social skills groups.

Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and clinical staff to create a safe and supportive learning environment.

Be a trusted adult who helps students feel seen, heard, and supported.

What We're Looking For :

Associate Degree required.

Experience in mental health, behavioral support, or developmental disabilities (school or clinical setting).

Strong communication skills and a caring, patient approach.

A team player who's ready to jump in and make a difference.
