We're growing rapidly and need an Associate Partner Manager on our Emerging Sales team in Bentonville, AR. About Emerging Sales : Our Associate Partner Manager on the Emerging Sales team helps clientssmall and midsized businessesgrow through Walmart. You will consult with your clients as they plan, execute, and measure advertising campaigns that boost sales and new customer trial. You will learn to introduce business owners to our paid search and programmatic advertising solutions. You'll then utilize proprietary Walmart data to counsel these brands on the ideal products and tactics to accomplish their business objectives. Responsibilities :

• Manage and own your own book of business
• Complete an apprenticeship learning the marketplace competitive landscape, trends, and business models through deep partnership with senior Partner Managers, cross-functional teams, and industry experts
• Learn to build relationships with clients and strategic partners
• Learn best practices, processes, and forge through ambiguity to move the business forward
• Report to a tenured digital advertising leader within the Emerging Sales organization
• Collaborate with colleagues onsite in one of our Walmart Connect office locations

The annual salary range for this position is $50,000.00 - $95,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.
