Adaptability Change Management Communication Information Technology Project Management Operational Strategy Advanced knowledge of CMiC with an understanding of integrations with other business tools. Configure, monitor, and maintain system settings to ensure peak performance, security, and reliability. Enhance user experience by developing and deploying user feedback mechanisms, analyzing results, and implementing improvements. Provide user support by troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and escalating problems when necessary. Collaborate with finance, accounting, project management, payroll, and operations teams to configure workflows, dashboards, and reports aligned with business needs. Develop and maintain CMiC reports (financial, project, and operational) to support decision-making. Oversee data migrations, integrations, and security permissions. Document processes, procedures, and configurations to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing. Conduct training sessions for end-users to maximize adoption and efficiency. Identify opportunities to optimize system usage and streamline business processes. Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and CMiC support / external consultants. Assess recurring issues and design proactive strategies to prevent future problems. Maintain user roles, permissions, and security protocols in accordance with company policy Responsible for working safely, adhering to all aspects of our Health, Safety, and Environmental Program, and supporting all Company safety efforts. Performs other duties as assigned. 5+ years of hands-on experience with CMiC in a support, analyst, or administrator role. Strong understanding of construction industry workflows (project management, job costing, payroll, and financials). Proficiency in creating and modifying reports using CMiC reporting tools. Experience with system configuration, user roles / permissions, and troubleshooting. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across departments. Knowledge of SQL, databases, and third-party integrations (a plus). Demonstrates firm conflict resolution and negotiating skills. Strong organizational skills. Must be able to multitask, have strong attention to detail, and have excellent time management skills to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. Able to identify a need, remove barriers, and know how to make things happen. Values diversity of ideas, opinions, and people. Has common sense and applied logic. Must possess or obtain an appropriate state driver’s license before employment, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation. The CMiC Business Analyst will be responsible for the administration, customization, and ongoing support of the CMiC ERP platform. This role ensures that the system effectively supports construction accounting, project management, payroll, and other critical business functions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in construction industry systems, hands-on CMiC experience, and the ability to lead ERP-related initiatives across multiple departments.
