OTR Driver (Dedicated Route)

Salary : $87,000 per year

Schedule : Sunday evening - Friday (5 overnights per week)

Location : Haslet, Texas

We're looking for a reliable, safety-focused, and experienced OTR Driver to join our growing team. In this role, you'll operate on a dedicated route , transporting freight safely and efficiently across the country. We take pride in maintaining high standards for safety, professionalism, and driver satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Transport freight across the country safely and on schedule
• Operate primarily on a dedicated route (90% no-touch, drop & hook)
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
• Secure all cargo properly and maintain accurate delivery records
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members to coordinate routes and updates
• Follow all DOT regulations , traffic laws, and company policies
• Report any incidents, accidents, or mechanical issues promptly
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle at all times
