Incontestable Claims Examiner

A company is looking for an Incontestable Claims Examiner II to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Investigate all incontestable life claims and process them according to policy provisions and company procedures

Contact outside third parties to obtain additional claim information as needed

Maintain production data and meet the department's production quota

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma

3-5 years of related experience and / or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Knowledge of the insurance industry and claims handling experience preferred

Must be PC / Windows literate and proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Minimum of five years of prior phone / customer service and office experience
