About the Role :

Our creative project managers will work with the client to make sure their creative campaigns are beautiful, successful and delivered on time. These projects include website builds, email design, ad creative, and creative strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring clear and regular updates about project progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Oversee all projects to ensure that they are delivered on time and on budget.
• Manage creative calendar and output between clients and the design team to make sure the work looks good and performs well.
• Manage day-to-day creative optimization for existing e-commerce stores.
• Plan creative and marketing strategy along with senior creative team.
• Work closely with design teams and act as a liaison between designers and clients.
• Ensure that all deliverables are delivered with the highest quality standard by using the best quality-assurance practices.
• Be a key advocate for clients and agency team.
