Job Title : Project Manager – Data Center Construction

Location :   Primary project site in Louisiana.

Home base in Suwanee, GA (30024) or Cincinnati, OH.

Employment Type :   Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

We are hiring Project Managers to lead large-scale data center construction projects. This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills, with responsibility for overseeing schedules, subcontractors, and day-to-day project delivery. Industry-specific training will be provided for fire suppression and specialty systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage construction schedules, budgets, and resources across assigned projects.
  • Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure work is completed on time and to specification.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor safety, compliance, and quality standards on-site.
  • Travel regularly to project sites in Louisiana or Texas.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of project management experience in commercial or industrial construction (preferred, not required).
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, subcontractor management, and site operations.
  • Data center construction experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to project locations.

  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
