What You'll Do
Serve as the lead contact for all public records requests.Ensure compliance with CPRA, HIPAA, and related laws.Oversee records collection, redaction, and response processes.Develop, implement, and update policies and procedures for records management.Supervise and train staff on best practices, HIPAA security, and compliance.Collaborate with legal, IT, and program teams to coordinate timely and accurate responses.Conduct audits, risk assessments, and respond to regulatory reviews.What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field.6+ years of progressively responsible administrative experience (program management, policy analysis, or compliance).Strong knowledge of CPRA, HIPAA, and public agency records management practices .Experience supervising staff and managing cross-departmental collaboration.Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
