WE OFFER :

• Compensation : $62,000 / annually, fixed rate.
• Work Environment : On-site for the first 90 days, then transitions to a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
• Team Culture : F ocuses on career development and collaboration. Wanting each other to succeed.
• Work Schedule : Flexible schedule - employees can start anytime between 7 : 00 a.m. and 8 : 30 a.m. and work eight hours from their start time, with the option of a 30-minute or 1-hour lunch break.

Job Description

We're seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to oversee our organization's cash management operations. This position plays a key role in ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all banking, cash flow, and accounting processes. The ideal candidate will take ownership of daily cash transactions, bank reconciliations, and month-end close activities while collaborating with the Controller and other departments to maintain strong financial integrity.
