  • Earn Up to $65,000 Annually : Competitive pay for high achievers! 55K Base pay + Monthly Performance bonus + Commission.
  • $2,000 Sign-On Bonus : For experienced car wash managers! (bonuses paid on first full bi-weekly pay period 60 days after hire).
  • $1,000 Bonus : For retail managers stepping into the car wash world (bonuses paid on first full bi-weekly pay period 60 days after hire).

What We’re Looking For :

  • Prior experience in car wash management or retail is a huge plus, but if you’ve got the passion, we’ve got the training!
  • Customer Service Enthusiast : You love creating memorable experiences for customers.
  • Team Motivator : Strong leadership skills to inspire and drive your crew.
  • Financially Savvy : Comfortable managing budgets, schedules, and tech-savvy (POS and spreadsheets, anyone?).
  • Availability : Minimum of 45 hours a week, including weekends.
  • Ready to Learn : Eager to grow with our support and training!

    • Your Role Will Include :

  • Sales Leadership : Motivate your team to turn one-time customers into loyal unlimited members.
  • Daily Operations : Oversee the smooth running of the car wash, keeping everything on track.
  • Team Building : Recruit, train, and lead a customer-centric squad.
  • Customer Satisfaction : Uphold excellent service standards to drive repeat business.
  • Safety & Efficiency : Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational excellence.
