Our Illinois Transportation Design team is expanding, and we’re seeking an experienced Transportation Project Manager to help shape our next chapter in central Illinois.
Based in our Peoria office, this is a rare opportunity to step into a visible, high-impact role where you’ll lead major transportation design projects, deepen relationships with key agencies, and directly influence how we grow in a rapidly developing market. This role goes far beyond day-to-day project management—you will directly shape the future of HR Green’s transportation practice in central Illinois. As the Transportation Project Manager, you’ll secure and lead roadway and highway projects while cultivating key partnerships with IDOT, counties, and municipalities. Your work will position HR Green as a trusted, go-to consultant in a growing market.
You will also play a pivotal role in driving our market expansion. From identifying new opportunities to influencing strategic pursuits and strengthening our visibility in the region, your leadership will help determine which projects we pursue and how we deliver them. Compensation Range
$112,000 - $175,000
The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the the Illinois Salary Transparency amendment to the Equal Pay Act of 2003. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, skills, prior work experience, competencies, and geographic work location. The total annual compensation package may consist of a base salary and eligibility to participate, after a qualifying period, in our performance and discretionary incentive bonus program(s).
