Mortgage Loan Processor

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a pipeline of 40-50 loans per month, including refinances and home equity loans

Review loan application packages for completeness and accuracy, and gather required documentation

Maintain professional communication with customers, loan officers, and underwriters while delivering exceptional customer service

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years recent mortgage loan experience

Self-directed and motivated, comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office, DU, LP, and CRM

Detail-oriented with excellent decision-making skills

Ability to establish ongoing relationships through best-in-class customer service
