we are looking for you as a(n) Marketing Manager - Energy .

Marketing Manager-Energy wanted by Wacker Chemical Corporation in Ann Arbor, MI to direct the growth and profitability of the Energy segment of the Silicone Elastomers business. Develop and implement marketing strategy to identify trends & unmet needs and aligns them with current and future product and service offerings. Provide product development and research to identify opportunities for growth Responsible for pricing & profitability management, developing annual budget and forecasts, opportunity pipeline management, and coordination of segment activities with sales and technical teams. Visit key customers and OEM's in order to understand the market segment, as well as promote new materials Scout market segments for silicone elastomers, including emerging markets or development for silicones within an existing market.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field and 2 years of experience in job offered or related occupation. Experience must include : 1) Demonstrated knowledge of silicone or polymer chemistry; 2) experience with sales, marketing, and profitability management including technical presentation preparation, with business analytical and business tool usage (excel, tableau, PowerPoint, SAP). Travel up to 30% (domestic and international) to client sites and affiliate locations.
