Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Unit Secretary :

  • Previous Experience as a Unit Secretary preferred
  • Long term care expeirence preffered
  • 1-3 months previous working experience, customer service
  • Legible penmanship
  • Knowledge of medical symbols, abbreviations and terminology
  • Multi-line telephone operation
  • PCC Point Click Care experience
  • Fax, email capabilities
  • Answering phones, transfer calls, relay messagesV
